These films were produced in Reel Youth and Revera's Age Is More Film Program, at Westney Gardens Retirement Residence, in Ajax, ON. The program brought several generations together to build relationships and celebrate the lives of older Canadians through story-telling and film. Ageism is Canada's most widely tolerated form of social discrimination, and the Age Is More Film Program was designed to shed light on ageism and break down stereotypes, while exploring the inspiring stories of how seniors have lived "lives of purpose" and continue to give back to their community.
