Reel Youth is offering a free video production program in Penticton, BC! This program will have participants working in small teams over an intensive five days, to make five short, issue-based films that will be screened in a local film festival and distributed online.

      In this FREE program, you will:                                                                                 

          • Learn how to plan, shoot, and edit a short film
          • Work creatively with a small group of peers
          • Help take action about something you care about
          • Have a ridiculous amount of fun!

20 young people (14-24 yrs old) will be chosen to participate in this project. We are looking for people who are excited about filmmaking and interested in using film for social change. Join us to make epic media about the things that matter! We welcome any level of experience.
 July 10 - 14   from 10:30pm - 4:30pm each day
              ** You must attend all sessions to participate.

              Film screening:  Date and location to be confirmed.
