Reel Youth & the Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society (VACFSS)

Reel Youth supported aboriginal youth living in care to tell their stories in this music video. The film celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society (VACFSS), an aboriginal organization that supports youth living in care. Thanks to VACFSS for their great work, and for making this program possible.

In 2012, Reel Youth worked with an amazing group of youth from VACFSS, and their elders, to create this collaborative film. They used the opportunity to share their stories, and assert healing through their rights and responsibilities:
